Business application that provides functionality to keep track of contacts, communications, appointments, leads and opportunities related to sales and marketing. CRM can also be utilized to manage the entire customer lifecycle, including any services that are provided after an opportunity has been won. The entire history of communication and interaction with a customer is tracked in one centralized place for visibility. CRM systems can be enhanced with the use of Marketing Automation systems via third-party or direct integration.
